One thing is, i don't live in the US and secondly he is a british soldier and thirdly i don't have very many friends, coz i guess that i choose my friends wisely or its more the fact that i'm picky about who my friends are. And i've known him for 2 years and we haven't spoken to each other for about 3 - 4 months.

This situation is completely different to other people's situation and i'd rather not go into details about it.

I hate to say this but......................................
you can't. It's all in a matter of time.

I've answered another one of your questions. I'm still not over that guy that I've liked for 4 years.

You can't change over night. It's gonna take awhile.

Hope this helps.

you could probably use some support from other women who have sweethearts in the forces. have a look online. there are message boards and chat rooms for military friends and their families. this separation is part of dating military personnel and you'll need to be very independent if you want this to work out long term. have a look for support groups in your area and try to get a hobby that will keep you very busy and fit. I hurt if I don't see my fella for three days so I admire just how strong you are. You are doing really well to cope so far so take sometime to celebrate that and do something today to give yourself a boost. wear sexy underwear for yourself, go on a sunbed, get a facial, buy some new make-up. make yourself a list of treats for when you feel low and try to do one every other day.

I used to cut and take it from me it dose not help any thing. Now i write when i am feeling hurt. just take it one day at a time. It will get better. I have been down a lot of reads and i am only 15. I have been in hurt in so many ways. It took me moving 60 miles away from the people that were hurting me. So just keep your head up.

i guess u are talking about a man?it will take the time for the pain to subside,do things for yourself that will take your mind off the pain,be around friends and most of all the pain will eventually go away and to your surprise u might meet another without even looking ! and they are out there so don't give into the pain.it will just bring u down even more into depression. So u go girl and have a good time.

Why do u feel hurt? is it that he just stopped talking to you? U say he is a soldier-- my guess is he is very busy right now speaking from experience my hubby served in the army and i wouldn't hear from him for weeks on end.

He would be either in Canada Bosnia or wherever fighting for his country.

I would just be patient perhaps he just doesn't have any spare time right now. Maybe write to him telling him how you feel-- it will relieve you knowing that you have got that off your chest.

depends what u mean?! i could either tell u to go & get so Asprin if its a headache that hurts....or tell u to put the past behind you if its something from your childhood, or i could advise you to find the biggest knife in your kitchen and look for the bloke that is hurting you so much, chop his bits off.....hopefully the pain will fade which ever 1 it is?!!

it would be easier to know what kind of hurting, but if its a broken heart, then party with your mates, have a rebound fling and find a new hobby to keep your self occupied! trying it all now, and its working well!

Get focused on helping other people instead of staying in your mind with your own problems.
