I adore horses! They are my passion! I prefer, when I am riding, quarter horses because they are easy to mount, and they tend to be very even tempered. I think morgans are absolutely goregeous though!

I have owned and showed a lot of different horse breeds - Arabians, Appaloosas, Quarter Horses, National Show Horses, Saddlebreds, but the horses that I have owned for the past 15 years are Morgans. I love the fact that they are so versatile. The same horse that I have shown at a local and regional level at Morgan shows, is also the same horse that I and my kids take on trails. I have ridden them english, western, side-saddle, trail riding, driving, - you name it and they do it. My Morgans are also a part of the family. My oldest Morgan has moved all around the country with me - California, Alaska, Kansas, Tennessee, Washington... They are also easy to care for, very hardy - and tend to live a long time with good care. Last but not least - they are gorgeous - when I watch them running around the pasture - mane flowing, head high, long tail trailing out behind them - I remember just why I got a Morgan in the first place!

I love horses!! i have one and shes a Appaloosa mare. She is so sweet and can have an attitude! My favorite breed is probabily Quarter Horses because the are so loving and easy going. In fact i love them so much that im buying one! His name is Arrow and hes 6 years old!! I used to have a Quarter horse named Playboy but he had to be put to sleep due to leg injuries.
My second favorite breed is Morgans!!

I love horses! My favorite breed is quarter horse, because they are calm, easy temperament, easy to train and ride. I've had Paso Fino's and Missouri Fox Trotters, they are ever so gorgeous to look at but they are hot wired and can hardly stand still for more than a few seconds, and I didn't care for this. So quarter horses it is for me!

My horse is my best friend, she's a Tennesse Walker. She's my avatar "Phoenix" who is very gentle & patient and always "hugs" & rubs on me, she follows me everywhere. I love riding her, she is awesome!

I also have a Qtr Horse and a Thorobred, both geldings. I love them too - quite attached but they are my mom's and Im just sitting them for the summer. Then Im getting another Walker and a Paint.

I was absolutely obsessed with horses all through elementary school and I still love them. I really like Thoroughbred/Quarter Horse mixes- they tend to have wonderful canters.

Gotta luv the spots! I have 2 appaloosas and they are the best. My one is too smart for his own good. But they arent the perfect horse for everyone, they can be smarter than their human and that is usually why people dislike them. Yes they are stubborn but so am I! I wont do something unless you tell me WHY I should do it and that is how appies think!
