My ex of about 4 yrs ago is in prison for attempted murder on a guy that he stabbed 17 times in the chest just for fun. As you can imagine, he wasn't the nicest guy to be with. We were only together for about 1 yr. I had a baby when he and I started dating. My ex was completely obsessed with both of us. He even somehow convinced himself that he was my son's biological father even though my son was already 6 months old when I met him. I have hidden myself from him (everything unlisted etc.) and have gotten married since then, so my last name is not the same. But he still has my mother's address. He had not tried to make contact with me in almost 2 years until this last Saturday. My son's birthday was on Sunday and my mother recieved a letter at her house from my ex, addressed to my son. She refused the letter to let him know that we still don't want contact with him, but is there anyway to make it so that he can't even send stuff to us? Like a law that protects us or something?

You can contact the Warden's office at the prison and request that NO inmate at the facility be permited to contact you, and ask your mom to do the same. The prison will prevent anyone there from writing or calling.

Absolutely! Contact your local law enforcement agency ASAP. You can get a restraining order against this guy. Make sure you keep the letter and any other mail or voice messages from him as evidence that he is contacting you.

i had this problem and he is still stalkin me, i contacted the states attorney of your county and they sent me a form, then i mailed the form saying i wanted this imate barred from contact, and now he cant write me or call, but he just has other people do it for him, also, get a restraing order, i thought i was safe, all my stuff unlisted, til i went to zabbasearch.com, and all my info popped up.
