I was told at the very end of the movie (After the credits), Charles Xavier transformed himself into someone else's body?

yes he died but b4 he did he transfered his consciousness into a mutant whose special power was to be a vegitable. Im serious. Watch the movie and stay after the credits.

SPOILER....
During the movie he was giving an ethics lecture showing a person (mutant) with no central nervous system functioning and who was basically brain dead. He asked the class if they thought it was OK to take over his physical body if someone's physical body failed.
At the end (after credits) that same person called the nurse from the hospital bed. I did not recognize the nurse. The nurse said, "Charles?"
He's back..... (thank goodness!)

he did die..but at the end of the credits..a guy says"hello moira" then shes like "charles?" btw moira is that girl who is in the tv screen on the case study with the the guy who is unconcious but his body is fully alive..therefore i conclude that he transfered himself into the unconcioous guy...
remember see the end credits...i think its vital to the decisionmaking of having an XMEN 4!

Yes he died however he somehow astrally projected his mind so that it was transferred to the body of the patient who had no mind who was being taken care of by Dr. Maura Mctaggert or something.
The movie was pretty bizarre, didn't stick to the original stories that much.

yep. if u remember the guy who was a vegtable that the professor was teaching the students about but then he was interupted by storm making a storm? yea he put himself in the vegtable guy's body.

These comments aren't true... He didn't transfer himself into a vegetable body. he was still in his own form. He basically did what Jean did( Remember how Charles told Logan how Jean was able to survive) Let's just say that.
