I don't think so because being judgmental means saying wrong things of people but con stating that a person is judgmental means hearing them saying wrong things

Yes. But, you wouldn't have opinions, and would cease to be human without being judgemental. People dont mind is youre judgemental in a good way, they just dont like you being judgemental in a bad way.
SO...be judgemental, just dont go overboard.

Any opinion at all of another person is judgemental. If It's your honest opinion of someone, you'll have to go with that, I guess. The danger of judgementalism is when you hold someone to a stricter standard than you have for yourself, as in "Why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye..."
