I an wonder how can people type all weird like that it is soooo anoying!!

Its mostly kids that do it. I only saw younglings doing that stuff. I guess they think its something cool to do.
I agree with you, its pretty annoying. Normally the kids see other people typing that way and get annoyed themselves, so they stop.

Because they like to be different or really like getting their point across when typing in all caps on.

they type like that becuz people need attention that bad now a days. they also think it looks realy cool when in all reality it just confuses the reader and annoys me personally

Cause is messes with your vision like its doing to me right now ahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!
Plus for a split second, you feel like your mispelling the word your trying to read.
