No, but they should not have to pay for school taxes.
A very good point that you have brought up. I have often wondered about this myself.
I mean, why should someone who never has children, have to pay for other peoples kids to get educated? This is ridiculous! It's not their fault that other people want to have kids, so why should they have to support them? This is an obvious discrimination of choice. I choose to not have kids. In return, I have to pay for other people's kids to learn. It was they're choice to have children, so they need to pay for the education themselves.
I bet if we passed a law that said, parents have to pay the full amount for education themselves, then our overpopulation problem would soon decrease. It would also raise the value of education, because, since the parents are paying for it, they are more likely to teach their kids discipline. This in turn would have drastic effects on crime rates.

no you still pay school taxes, and pay for an alternatiove form of education. Public School=Government Monopoly

just like the girl stated, you only pay taxes if you own your home, if you rent or lease, no taxes to pay...you don't want to have lien put against you...they'll do it
