Ok My husband lives in Georgia and I am in Virginia we have a 3 year old and I am 4 months pregnant. He has givin his cell phone number out to everygirl he can think of and he is still calling girls here in Virginia. He asked me for a divorce and I agreed because he wants nothing to do with his unborn child. He told me to have an abortion or give it up when I had it and he would stay with me or to move to Georgia so he could have our 3 year old. I am really scared because he keeps sending me emails saying he is going to post naked pics of me on the web and that he is going to take my daughter if I don't do curtain things for him. What should I do? He also told me today that he wasn't going to sign the papers for a divorce because he doesnt want me with anyone else can someone please help me:(

Run as fast as your legs will carry you. Move in with your parents if possible so that you have the security of having them around so they can also keep an eye on your daughter so your ex won't have the opportunity to take her. I think you can get a divorce without his signature. Goodluck with your new life.

What he's doing is called emotional blackmail. Keep the copies of the e-mails where he threatens to post pics of you and so on, that is harassment and blackmail (both of which are against the law). I would also seek a restraining order against him. I wish you luck.

Seek both legal advice and personal counseling. That is a lot to deal with.

Save EVERY e-mail. Print them out and put them in a lock box or safety deposit box. You will need them one day.
