Most likely they're pimples or ingrown hairs. However if it happens frequently you should get checked by a doctor for infections.

Any collection of pus is a sign of infection. the pus collection you might be referring to could be from a folliculitis (infection of a hair follicle). Nevertheless any infection should be seen by a doctor. Please see your gynecologist.

you need to go see the doc about those they are infected if they are ingrown hairs, i dont really know about other deseases but i do no that whatever they are they are infected if you are sexually active, you should not be having sex with those things just in case they are transmittable.
