Often, I think the leaders of this world have lost their minds. If Korea launches their missile, The world will be in a bloodbath of a war. The launching would just be the beginning. There are so many warring countries and factions, it is difficult to know where and how it all will stop. How tragic that the measure of accomplishment these days is determined by a nation's fire power. Too bad we do not use access to health, good nutrition and education as the primary ways to advance power on a global level. Instead, the more technologically advanced nations become, the more we want to advance our ability to destroy each other. What a tragedy!

First off the North Koreans, maybe crazy but they are not insane for them to fire a missile at the west coast is like the North Koreans saying destroy me, I want the tallest thing in our country to be no higher then a man lying down with a Woodie. America, has things that goes boom in the night and in the day, that the North Koreans would not like to see touch their shores. So stop listening to the propaganda and enjoy the rest of your like.

If clinton, didn't give them the technology, to launch long distance missles, then we would not be in the situation, that we are now. Can you actually believe, they "promised" not to launch a missle, at the United States, if he gave them the information, they wanted? Don't worry, we can shoot anything down, that anybody throws at us. We have a nuclear sub, stationed, not far away, and with more than 100 missles, already programmed, to clear there major cities..

If Korea....or any other country launches a nuke, that's the catalyst for World War 3. That's why those who do have the power must do by all means to prevent it from ever happening.

We have the capability to intercept it. But, whether we do or not, it will be an act of war. Bush, in my opinion, is not to blame. Clinton had plenty of time to tighten the reins on this country before Bush and didn't. It was bound to happen eventually because of N.Korea's close relations with China. I'm more concerned about what China's reaction will be should we retaliate. Which we will.

Well they are debating on shooting it down...they say if they did it can make tensions worse but if they don't it makes a statement saying its ok to do missle runs without permissions.(if Korea asked for permission and let us know what was going on then it probably wouldn't be an issue)...basically it comes down to this one way or the other..hell is gonna break loose..so paranoia..here we go again.

Why would they launch it? It would be a completely suicidal act, because they'd be anihilated. Of course, so would everybody else.

This is why Edward Teller was completey wrong. Mutually assured destruction assures only that. On a global scale.

I wouldn't be scared though. It's never going to happen.

It will just be further proof of how badly Bush screwed up by Invading Iraq instead of addressing a real threat like N Korea.

North Korea will not ever launch their missle, they know that if they do the United States or one of our allied countries would retaliate.
