Try learning Frontpage or HTML. Learning to create your own web page yourself is cheaper than hiring a professional. Also, compare prices for Web hosting sites. I've seen prices as low as three bucks a year.

gives the best values .. and the prices are gr8, im the admin of http://www.soccer.football-iraq.net , and i get more than 1000 visits a day, so i wanna get domain with some space, which will cost like 50$ the whole year ..

First you need to buy a domain. A domain is the name that is assigned. such as www. this part. com and then you have to buy webspace from a provider or use a free webhost like: tripod.com Then you have to develop your web pages and connect it to the domain.
