G'day,
Hmmm... There are some softwares available in the internet to hack into people's password. However... as the name implies, this will make you a 'Hacker'! It is literally forcing your way into someone's house, even though they have already lock the door. I know you may think that it is harmless, since they are only your friends and you will not do anything to hurt them, but it is still wrong.
Would you be happy if someone somehow get into your computer and read through your personal e-mails or files, even though the person did not erase or change anything?
Please consider.

That would make you a hacker.
Hackers are bad.
You can just ask for the password.
