TYhey may worship a God other than the traditional God but I fully believe its not satan. If you look at the believe album you will see many different crosses or religious symbols. not limited to just one belief. They want to stay open to the fact that there is a possibilty that Jesus Christ is not the only God.
Prayer lyrics I believe this is how David feels a God woudl feel hearing prayers.

Um.. no. It's just stuff that comes directly from them. Maybe how they see or feel or hear things. Everybody has a couple of dark thoughts every once in awhile. I know I do and I'm not satanic. I don't even believe in satan.

i don't think so, a lot of their lyrics are just to grab people's attention, which is what makes them such a great band.
