I think that the England squad has many talented players, but they are not allowed to express or show their full potential. You need to look no further than the Manager to see why the Squad appears to have no soul or passion for the game. The Manager's lack of personality has been stamped on the team good and proper ( a Nat has more personality than the Manager).
J cole, Gerrard and Lampard are trying to break the mould and will succeed given the encouragement. The answer to your question is it's J Cole for me as the player who has shown his talent and versatility and Not afraid to go for it.

The answer is simple. Anyone of the players who have not yet take part in any game, hope and expecation is greater than actual performance! Those that have take part have all disgraced themselves (except Joe Cole)

J Cole great jog,,Gerrard brilliant...Croutch is supposed to be good but I am still waiting for him to do what he is know to do..Score..Beckham was great in the first two games..but against Sweden was tired and not happy

thats a hard one, after tonights performance i would say, possably peter crouch or steven gerrard, but then again rooney is still brilliant! actually englands brilliant and were guna win! come on england!
