By rewarding people who answer questions with cash instead of points. At the very least, make the points count towards something of value from their sponsors. Then they wouldn't be providing a consulting business, but one can get these valuable prizes and either enjoy them or sell on Ebay. It would be a win, win situation.

Put in your application for employment. I think that would be the only way. I'm sure that Answers may need help since there are so many people on this site every day.
