I just replace left engine cover gasket and now my CBR f3 makes noise from the alternator and it will not move

Question

honda 95 CBR 600 F3 was working great but had a small oil leak from gasket do I need to replace anything are what should I do?

Remove the cover and see what's wrong. When you say it will not move, do you mean the bike won't move when you put it in gear or the engine will not turn?
Probably something with the starter motor "idler gear". Could you have put it on backwards? The shaft for the gear might not be sitting straight. You might have damaged the gear on the starter clutch (behind the flywheel) when putting it back together.
