Maybe run up an 8-10 foot wall. Two steps and then be on top. I've seen someone do this without the help of wires or anything else.

Not really. But you can bounce off them. There's an acrobatic group in France that are extremely good running around buildings which includes leaping from the wall of one building to reach the next, sliding under bars, and so on. I forgot their name however as it was only featured once on the National Geographic several years ago. However, one such person who does that did appear on a certain car commercial.

if you are a break dancer, and the velocity is enough you might be able to make it 4-5 feet up a wall, that includes a three foot jump and one step, then flip backwards, or fall on your face and go to the hospital
