In a straight up fight. Flash. Easy. Not only could he run circles around around Quicksilve while Peitro is at full speed, but the secondary powers like strength, vibration, and intangibility resulting from his speed could mop the floor with him. Pietro could only win by playing cheap, but he would be to busy whining about something. Plus, in Marvel vs DC, Pietro got the jump on Wally but still ended up losing.

The Flash wins easily, and here's why: Quicksilver has trouble going fast the the speed of sound. The Flash can easily go the speed of light. Quicksilver has limits to his endurance. The Flash never tires. Quicksilver possesses only normal human strength. The Flash possesses enhanced strength. Quicksilver is only as durable as a very fit human. Flash has the protection of the Speed Force. 'Nuff said.

In the JLA/Avengers crossover, it is shown that if Flash is in the Marvel universe, Flash cannot run fast because of the lack of a speed force in the MU. The outcome of this fight/race will largely depend on which universe the characters are in. If it is DCU, where Flash can tap into the speed force, then Flash wins; but if it is in the MU, then Quicksilver versus a practically depowered Flash is no contest.

well quicksliver becuase not only does he rock he has hardcore hair that and i think he runs faster then the flash that and hes younger and that could help with not tireing as easy
