The Coptic Orthodox Church doesn't allow her members to marry from the other (non Orthodox) Churches.
But in the other hand the Catholic church allow her members to marry from the other Churches
so if you will marry in a Coptic Orthodox church, you must convert first and baptized again (because the Orthodox church consider you not baptized)
But if you will marry if Catholic church, none of you have to convert but that's will of (of course) not approved marriage by the Orthodox church

Shouldn't be an issue for the Catholic. (No self-respecting Catholic is going to convert for anyone.) We are free to marry those of other faiths but any children should be raised Catholic.
Wouldn't be hard, however, for a Coptic Orthodox individual to convert to the Coptic Rite, which is one of the Eastern Rites within the Catholic Church. Pretty much the same, except for
recognizing the Pope's authority.

No. That's what my cousin did, and he and his fiance decided on one or the other. Since Roman Catholicism and Coptic Orthodoxy are similar, neither one of their families had any problems with accepting the marriage. However, if the wedding were to have taken place in Egypt, they might have had to get special permission from the Pope.

In the US, none of them has to convert, even for a church wedding. In Egypt, you might have to. Ask the church where you plan to have the wedding.
