From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia says it's
Clark Joseph Kent, or Clark Jerome Kent,[1]
[1] Note that some sources claim that Kent's middle name is in fact "Jerome", and that he was given this name in honor of creator Jerry Siegel. The name "Jerome" was used in the "Season's Greedings" episode of the television series Lois and Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. It was also featured in several episodes of the 2000s television series Smallville.

Clark/Kal-El/Superman, like most comic book characters of the day, did not have a middle name. Most writers chose to give their characters short, catchy, sometimes colorful and often alliterative names that were easy to remember. It was once, and still is in a lot of places, very traditional for families honor a relative by naming a child after them. Sometimes, in the case of Methodists and Baptists, the child's first name would come from the Bible and the middle name would come from a family member. Catholics would name their kids, first, after a Saint and, second, after a relative. In both cases the first name was given in hopes that the child would emulate that figure; the middle name was 'borrowed' to insure the transfer some of their more favorable traits to the child. It is only fitting for Clark, as an adoptee, to not be blessed with a middle name. Honestly though, could you really take 'Clark Theodore Kent' seriously?

Depends on who you listen to. According to a DC Universe Who's Who issue from a copule of years ago, his name's Clark Joseph Kent. BUT, in a first (??) season episode of Lois and Clark (the Toyman one), his mother clearly calls him Clark JEROME Kent ... right before she grabs him by the ear and leads him to a corner. (he's a grown man by this time... long story)
