I will tell him about something that he did that really hurt or upset me and he will start laughing or will ignore me and tell me he doesn't want to talk about it. Why does my boyfriend not want to talk to me about our problems?

He's not that kind of boyfriend. Find one that is and you'll be A LOT more satisfied with the relationship.

He is avoiding fixing the problem or acknowledging that there was a problem. You need to talk to him about this and tell him you would appreciate it if he could leave his sense of humor at the door. If he continues to put off real communication with you - your relationship is going to go down the tubes and/or you are going to become unhappy and bitter.
If you are both serious with eachother (i.e marriage/engagement) you should see a couple's counselor. His behavior is probably something he's been doing all his life - and it's a trigger mechanism to avoid confrontation or having to deal with important issues. Talk to him and consider counseling.

I have been in the same situtation. If you honestly want a good relationship, get out of this one. Or talk to him and say if he doesn't listen then it's time to move on. He is not worth it. If he doesn't care that he's upset you or anything, then he's not ready for a relationship with you.

That's not a good sign. Either he's the type that laughs at everything, no matter how serious, or he doesn't care enough.

bc he is a selfish moron who doesnt care about you. if he did he would talk it out and make sure you are happy and he is not hurting you. sorry girl. men suck =( hang in there, youll find a great one eventually
