from what i can understand you seem concerned about installing active x on your computer,anything trying to install active x will be blocked by service pack 2 security settings,and you normally have to do this while downloading or running a application on the internet
if you wish to install active x,there will be a yellow drop down bar at the top of your screen,left click that with your mouse and you will then be given the option to install active x,before you do this it might be a idea to read about the risks of installing active x ,you find this on the yellow drop down bar
as long as you have a anti-virus with up-to-date defenitions and real time scanning,if any viruses are detected,they will be caught and disenfected
if this problem is due to a allready installed active x,you should run both your anti-virus and spyware scanners,and if they are clean,a system restore should return your p.c to a normal state

I'd suggest having the Internet taken away from you entirely until you learn how to spell.
