No way and if you can't wait till Jan 20th, 2009 for them to be out of office then please move to North Korea and enjoy being required to agree with everything Kim Jong Il says even if he is wrong.
You are lucky you have the right to criticize the President of the United States, in some Countries you get sent to Labor Camp, Prison or Firing Squad for slamming their President.

if the president commits an impeachable offense it is the duty of americans to see to it that they are impeached. on the other hand if we took everyone we didn't like to court then this would be a litigious society.........
