Have you tried the pinksofa? It's online and women are from all over the world so it may just be better for meeting chat buddies than dates from your own city...
Lavalife has a site called womanline if you want to try the online dating type stuff...
Other than that, it really depends on what type of woman you're looking for and what your style is:
Do you have friends that you could meet others through?
Would you be willing to meet a potential dating partner at a bar?
Are you of a particular faith? You could keep an eye out for women at faith-related social events AND/OR there are dating websites for people who share various faiths (ie gaychristian.net or gayjews.net etc)...
Maybe hit up some Pride Week activities with friends... be open to making some new friends and see where things go.

This is a question and answer site. If you want a date then you will just have to do what everybody else does and get out there. And don't diss bisexauls, it's an untrue sterotype that they which sides whenever the mood hits them. Try online dating on a dating site like Match.com or Yahoo Personals, not here.

Jeez, how do you expect an answer when you don't even say what city you live in? If you're from Toronto, I could tell you lots of places...
I suggest you research your own city to find out good dyke bars and clubs. Try the alternative newspapers - they tend to list more good places than the mainstream ones. There isn't exactly a Yellow Pages listing for gay/lesbian bars, but most towns and cities have a neighbourhood dedicated to them. In Toronto it is the Church and Wellesley Street area - just in case you are from TO. Do your damn research!

well i have met some on datelines on the phone or through friends of mine just going to the store or mall u can meet someone.. u could try a gay bar.
