Women want to feel sexy. For themselves. And to attract men. And to fit in better with society. Women can get jellous of other women's bodies when they see that other woman are more attractive than they are, and it makes them want to strive to be as hot as the other woman are.They want to feel sexy naked, and clothed. Perhaps these women were not born with the most attractive boobs, or were born with very small boobs, and they feel that getting a boob job will help them be more sexy.
I have my own theory. Men can't help it that they look at random girls as they walk down the street, thinking if they would have sex with her or not. And if they deem her hot enough to have sex with, they will out of their control see her in sexual ways in their head briefly.
I believe that this is done as an animal instinct to help insure the human race continues, through sex.
Now that is where I come to the women. I believe that women's natural instinct is to look nice for men so that men will look at them and want them. I know from personal expirience. It is almost like a compulsion to freshen up, keep our bodies in shape, and try to look hot, even for guys that we know that we don't want, just because deep inside of every girl, she wants guys to want her.
I believe that each sex has their own animalistic instinct, and that both sexes find it hard to understand each other's instict.

To attract men. It is why we where make-up, dye the hair etc. it's all for the boys.

Maybe they have low self esteem or think that they need to "improve" themselves. Some girls do it to look better for other people.

there are lots of reasons. to feel better about themselves, to attract men, or for work reasons. porn stars can't get work if their breasts aren't big enough.
