I am searching for information on a company called Todays Kids, they make a toy rocking/bouncing horse that my son has and I need a replacement part too. The only number I have is 1-800-528-Toys and it is no long a good number.

Speaking from the vantage point of a broke custodial grandmother I have to say, yes. I especially hate it when these stupid toys take those special little flat batteries that are hard to find instead of the usual 9v, C, AA, or AAA! It makes me crazy. I remember playing with a duck that wound up and a car that wound up. Mostly though, I played with dolls or read.

I don't have the answerror but since your child loves this horse I have the same onemail that is basically brand new so instead of buying the part you could get this one
