I don't know-----but it's not called Bruce Almighty 2.It is called Evan Almighty,and the 40 year old virgin will play him (sorry---love him,but forgot his name just now).

Jim Carrey stated a long time ago that he would never do any sequels (with the exception of Ace Ventura 2). If there is going to be a sequel to Bruce Almighty, most likely the role of Bruce will be to a different actor. This is evident as in the case of Son of The Mask.

Yes, it's called Evan Almighty, and it's scheduled for release June 22, 2007. Evan (played by Steve Carell) was the news anchor whose career Bruce almost destroyed out of jealousy. In the new movie, Evan is contacted by God (I do believe it's still Morgan Freeman) and told to build an ark. Hilarity ensues. I believe they are still in pre-production, but should begin filming soon.

Yes there will be it is going to be called Evan Almighty, but Jim Carrey is not going to be in it. The movie is currently in the filming stage and is scheduled to release June 22, 2007

Yes there is suppose to be a Bruce Almighty 2 from what I heard and Wanda Sykes is suppose to be on there.

there will be no bruce almighty 2 but there will most definetly be an Evam almighty maybe nexy summer in 2007.
