I expect they will have Motown running on high octane, as they are either in the lead of the AL Central, or, at worst, no less then two games behind the White Sox. Even if the Sox do happen to take the division, the Tigers are currently way ahead in the standings for the Wild Card spot. If I had and extra $100.00 to bet, I would put it down that they will be in the post season, come October, one way or another.

In second place behind the amazing Chicago White Sox. The reason their record is so good now is because they have been beating up on teams like the royals and other below .500 teams. I believe the tigers havent even beaten the White Sox this year maybe once though. They are a good team but not a great team.

As a die hard tigers fan I will say in the playoffs but it is too early to tell they are beating the bad teams now but struggled against the good teams specially the Yankee's and the white sox so we will keep cheering them on. GOOOOOOOO Tigers

Hopefully in first place or at least a wild card. After being a Tiger's fan all my life, like many of us, holding our breath. They have been real fortunate so far to have Mike Maroth as the only major injury.
GO TIGERS !!!

First place in their division!! Their playoff hopes lie in consistent pitching and hitting, both of which have made them the comeback team of 2006!! I am a Red Sox fan but root also for the Tigers. It would be good for baseball if they won the whole salami!!
Good luck!!

2nd Place.
Maybe The Wild Card.
To all you nay sayers....all I can tell you is just watch and see.
Jim Leyland has them playing good baseball.
They believe in themselves.
They are for real
Just not real enough to win The Central Division.
The White Sox should repeat as WORLD Series Champions.
