Ok....here's the deal. I was 16 the first time I had sex. (26 now) I was terrified that somehow my parents would just look at me and say "Uh huh! She's had sex!!!" But...no. It doesn't usually work like that. Anyone that i've known who's had sex, looks exactly the same way before and afterwards. (maybe their hair is a bit messier or something) but that's besides the point. And as far as, the way you walk changing....ummmm...i have yet to see that either. You're friend's parents will probably never know unless 1. She tells them, or 2. They catch her in the act! She shouldn't stress out over it.
