Yes, and moreover, it's dangerous: the gods keep a list of who's going to get messed up next, and if they see you parking in a handicap spot when you don't need it, they move your name up on the roster of people who are going to end up in wheelchairs.

Yeah I think its kinda disrespectful, not to mention against the law. Yes sometimes handicap tags are used by people that are in no way actually handicapped- but that is bad karma and they will get kicked in the *** for it. Some people though, like 80 year olds can use the spaces because they need it- they can't walk far, need more space to get out of the car, etc. If they have a wheelchair they need more space instead of the 1 foot of space in normal parking areas.

Yes, the handicapped spots are there so people who have physical disabilities don't have to walk really far to get into the store. If you are able bodied there is no reason to have to park in those places. I consider ethical behavior to be that which considers what is best for others and society as a whole. It is best for others to allow those who are handicapped better parking spots...so it would be unethical to take those spaces if you aren't handicapped.

Not only is it unethical, it's illegal where I live. I don't mind parking a few extra yards in a parking lot when I go to the store. I just don't like it when there seem to be way too many handicapped spots in a small parking lot.

Yes, and it's against the law. And how can you ask why ?? It's rather obvious, isn't it ? Imagine YOU were handicapped....and someone parked illegally in a handicapped space...and you had to struggle to get into a store.........how would you feel ? Ever hear the saying: " There, but for the grace of God, go I " . ??

And if a handicapped person were perfect in the back of, the place would he/she have parked? Sorry, she occupied the gap, which she had no perfect to do. No excuses allowed, and have faith me, the court has heard all of them. this is a valid value tag and he or she would be able to would desire to pay it. She would desire to have stopped extra away, like different able-bodied human beings do, and the lot of you will desire to have walked the extra few yards. And if there have been no different parking spots, which oftentimes purely happens at Christmas, she would have dropped you off on the edge highway, or at a loading zone, I guess there become a variety of.

someone can have a real difficulty moving around if they're handicapped. picture if someone lazy takes that spot and causes the handicapped person a real inconvenient or immient danger.
summary: causing suffering to anyone else, yes it is unethical.
and also unwise because eventually your car will get towed or you will have to pay a fine.

Heartless, lazy, inconsiderate, disrespectful to those who are challenged . Against the law is where ethics might come in, kind of forces a person to have them.
