Being a man or a woman has nothing to with the how many nipples you should pierce. I personally like either on a guy. It is all about personal preference. For example - I never had luck with my right nipple piercing because it got bumped when I would play billiards and it annoyed the hell out of me.

Umm... NONE! If you want to that's your thing... you shouldn't have to ask anybody else about how you should dress ot your appearance. But--if you really want to know the general consensus in my area ( we had a discussion the other day) either DON'T GET THEM PIERCED or get BOTH pierced--the eye likes symmetry. As for my personal opinion? It just looks painful, and I wouldn't want my BF to have one (wait till one gets ripped off--I'm with junior EMS and I've seen that b4--just know this--it hurts). All in all tho, it's your body.

Well some get one, some get two. But most guys I know have both done.

I personally as a body piercer would say both. I think it looks better, more symmetrical etc. If you could handle the first one, go ahead and do the other one.

I don't think it matters if you have one or both pierced. Get the other one if you want to.

Depends on what you like, I have both done.
If you only like the one just keep the one, if you want things to equal out go for two.
Guess it all depends on what you personally like.
