You don't sign up to it, but you might pay for a service that provides access to them. They are free and most of the big ISPs give you unlimitted access to them ... you simply need to find out the address for it. It is always faster to use your ISPs Usenet feeds rather than going through any 3rd party service.

The usenet server address may be something like:
