I've met guys from all over the world and found some amazing, worthwhile guys from a lot of cultures and countries. I think there's good and bad everywhere, but you just need to find the type of guy you're looking for. Maybe a specific culture promotes traits in men that you specifically will like. But I have no idea what kind of man is your best man.

Do not be so narrow minded as there is " the best guys from all over the world from all cultures. Where they are from do not make them the best. It was the way they were taught from their parents on being a " Best Guy". So your answer for your question is They are all around you it is you cannot see them because you will not open up your eye's and really look.
