my mom will let me wear makeup in the middle of this coming school year and special occasions. my sister said "go ahead....i dont care....i hate makeup" so last month, i was going to some theater and my sister got mad, saying (to my mom) "you said i couldnt wear makeup so why do you let her?!" and i have some pretty expensive makeup, so when it went missing for a few days, i was a wreck. i finally found it in my sister's sock drawer. (luckily, nothing was damaged) my mom said that my sister COULD wear makeup, she just chooses not to. so if my sister CAN wear makeup, why is she treating ME like the bad person?

There's only one answer to that question.
Simply SISTERS. I have two daughters - 14 & 11. Best friends and worst enemies. She will be your best friend for life and only your worst enemy some times while you are young. Take it as it comes and remember the future. You'll be her bridesmaid at her wedding and the Godmother to her baby. Just smile at that thought when you want to scream or cry.

u see I've been wearing makeup since i was 14 and i love it. and on a daily basis i don't really wear much , and when i go out i take care about it not looking like too much. but of course , make up is awesome and there is no reason for your mom to get mad or anything .. possibility is that your sister is jealous it would be a good idea if you can dissimulate it alittle bit ... that would work ... and maybe they wouldn't really notice at the beginning and they can start getting used to it.. and then go building it up little by little...

Is she your step sister?? I guess that doesn't matter, but I have a step sister that would do things like that!! The feeling is aweful!
You should wear makeup if you want to because your sister has the opportunity also. You should keep it somewhere that she can't find it in case she wants to "steal" it again!!! Then you need to get over the fact that she is going to be mad at you for a while... if you guys have any kind of good relationship at all, she can't stay mad at her sister!! So she will eventually get over it!!
I don't know what else to say becuase I don't know what kind of people you and your sister are... if you normally don't fight a lot, then she will definately get over it!!

Some people think that make up makes people look unnatural only because there are people in the world that uses too much until the point that they are a different skin tone.Check out JLo in Selena.That was her original skin tone and it is drastic.A tanning salon did not do all of that so she is a afraid of things like that.Maybe she even believes that your pretty just the way you are.So just explain to her how you feel about make up calmly and if she is not ok with it then tell her that this makes me happy and it is not hurting me or anyone else so be happy for me if not then be content.

maybe shes jealous that u actually have occasions to wear it to? or if u look better than she does with it? idk im an only child. and never overload on the makeup thing, it looks wierd if theres too much on ur face at once. and beg ur mom to let u start to wear makeup in the start of the year, its allways good to start the new year with a new look, if u show up one day with makeup ppl treat u funny for a while and sometimes its a little awkward. but w/e u want.

lets just start with this.. less is DEF more.. so the less u wear the more guys are attracted to u. But shes' prolly just jealous cause she cant get the same make up as u or maybe she just doesn't look as good in it as you.. u never know you should try and be more mindefull of her feelings...maybe she feels that she looks bad.. give her a little boost and tell her she would look amazing in makeup!

she's jealous and insecure that you would look better than her or that you already do and it'll make her look worse.
Especially sayin your make up is the expensive kind. Girl 4get your sis and wear it if you want to. Don't NOT wear it because she's afraid you would look better than her. She was just comfortable knowin u can't wear any b4 so in her eyes she didnt have to try 2 hard to be 'prettier' than you. Now that u can she has to try harder. But like I said 4get her & wear it. It's just jealousy & sibling rivalry... even though ur not competing. ... lol

She's upset because your mom let you wear make-up first. Tell her that it is in the past and to get over it now that you both can wear make-up. Go ahead and wear your make-up. But put it in a safe or something.

well maby your house hold is a reck. i mean you ran away or just "went missing" i am not trying to be mean but you need to start treating yourself better. not like your left overs on somebodies elses's plate. and your sister might be going through a hard time right now. you never know. that's kinda how it was with me and my sister. but now we are much better friends then we were. just be nice to her even if it's almost impossible. just don't give up.
