I dont think that Peach is her offficial girlfriend, because there was nothing reveled in the story after saving princess from the dragon.

Mario has had two main squeezes.
Mario usually has the role of saving the damsel in distress. Originally, he had to rescue his girlfriend Pauline in Donkey Kong from the clutches of the giant ape himself. It has been revealed that Mario's enemy Bowser is in love with the Princess, which explains why he constantly steals her away from Mario.
Mario once rescued Princess Daisy in Super Mario Land on the Game Boy, at the end of which Mario received a kiss. Additionally, the Japanese-only album Super Mario Compact Disco mentions Daisy as Mario's number-one girl (Peach does get a mention, but only once during the song "Super Mario USA"). In sports titles, though, Daisy hangs out with Luigi more often, leading to fan speculation that she is Luigi's significant other and not Mario's. In Super Smash Bros. Melee, after receiving Princess Daisy's trophy, its text hints at the possibility of romance between her and Luigi. The text reads, "gossips started portraying her as Luigi's answer to Mario's Peach." Though this quote does not officially confirm a romance between Luigi and Daisy, it does confirm a romantic connection between Mario and Princess Peach.
