Honestly, I'm uncertain. I'm not really thrilled by most of the people the media suggests will run. I'm a middle-of-the-roader myself, inclined to vote for either Republicans or Democrats depending strongly upon what kind of leadership I feel the country could use in a given election year. I would really like to vote democratic in the next election because I don't like the way things are going under the current administration, but I'm also strongly opposed to Hillary Clinton for President and as it is likely she will run, I don't know what I will do. I'd like to see Barack Obama in the White House, but he doesn't seem to be one of the top choices.

To the person who said it makes no sense that I don't support Hillary- Hillary is a poor candidate who only got her seat in the Senate based on her Husband's Presidency, and she is a complete phony. I don't like her.

Why are you so opposed to Hillary? She is a moderate and tried to reform healthcare in the 90s. That just makes no sense.
I personally like Gore because we need someone who knows how to play the word game like the republicans do.

The best qualified people don't want to be president. So we can only choose from a list of those who's best qualifications are that they can 'sell' themselves (as a product) to the people better than the other candidate. That's kind of disappointing, if not very scary. We will never know the true, inner feelings of a candidate, because we'd find out that what they think isn't much different than what other people think and some of those thoughts aren't always politically correct. I have the same wishes as you though - that we elect someone in whom we can believe, because they really are qualified, regardless of gender or race.

Hillary Clinton...wow. I'd seriously consider moving to Canada. I'd like to see someone like John McCain in the White House.

Dennis Kucinich is the most honest intelligent possibility and I would be very comfortable with him as president. However,
it will be extremely difficult for him to be the nominee from the Democratic party. He is not favored by "Corporate America" and therefore will have difficulty raising sufficient funds to mount a serious campaign. Good candidates who don't mimic the wishes of "Corporate America" will always have difficulties with sufficient funds for a presidential campaign until Congress passes meaningful campaign financing reform legislation.

The people of the United States. We need take back the country and not rely on the Government to make our decisions.
When the Government fears the People you get liberty.
When the people fear the Government you get tyranny.
