Hey you ARE a Mad Scientist! It's a good question. I've seen a show a long time ago on the discovery channel that said there are certain mathematical rules or measurements to define an attractive/beautiful face... But i don't know what 'a perfect smile' means to you. I think we all would define it for ourselves what a 10 on 10 smile would be. I personally don't care much.

A 10 on the smile scale it the one measured by the sincerity behind it. Who cares what the teeth look like or the shape of ones lips. Look past the vanity and into the heart. If you can join in that smile, its a perfect 10.

Wouldn't every smile be perfect? Unless perhaps a posed smile in a picture. For me a perfect smile is a truly spontaneous...break out smile.......yeah, that is a perfect smile.

Depends on your views of a smile, and what about it appeals to you. Some like smiles with teeth showing, some like smiles without teeth showing, some like smiles with dimples. Guess what I am saying is it is just a matter of taste, and what you find attractive in that smile.
