Do you have a CD-rom burner?

You can just burn all your files to a CD and then use it as a data CD. Then you can just slide the CD into the new computer and copy the files from it.

Or you can just put all your files into a file hosting website like http://www.xdrive.com and you can use their file hosting server to upload all your files from your old computer. Then on your new computer, you will need to get internet connection again, and then you can just download them back.

Or you can even try and setup a network connection between the two computers and just transfer the files over.

Contact me through my profile if you need step by step help, but I will need more information from you as well.

The best way would be to use a crossover cable to connect the ethernet card on your computers. Use the Network Wizard to setup the connection.
If your have or are on a LAN (Local Area Network) turn file sharing on and drag and drop your folder from the old computer to the new computer. If you have a cable or DSL connection and a router this is a LAN.
When you have the two computer connected you will have to "Map a Network Drive". This sounds scarey but it's not hard. On the new computer open "My Computer" and select "Tool" from the menu. Then select "Map A Network Drive", then broswe. You old computer will (should ) appear in there. Once you select it and appear it, it will appear as another drive. Then open two explorer windows. One with the C:\ drive and one with the old drive which should appear as the next available drive letter.

Start draggn' & Droppin'

Note: You can only tranfer uninstalled programs. Since they lacy themselves thru-out windows when installing, you cannot tranfer them. You will have to reinstall them on the new machine.

You could use a Jump drive and keep transferring back and forth, or you could burn it on a CD or maybe a DVD.
