its better to wash with warm water first cause it opens ur pores up and gets all the dirt and oils and black heads and then its good to finish washing ur face with cold water because it closes ur pores back up! :)

Splash hot water on your face to open up the pores. Then apple Noxzema and wash in warm water. Rinse in hot water, then rinse in cold water to close the pores. Apply Ponds Cold Cream and wipe with a soft tissue. Then apply Noxzema to the skin. This has been working for me since I was a teenager. I am 53 and people still think I'm in my late 30s.

Cold water is best; using extremely hot water is not healthy, furthermore you will age faster by using hot water. As long as you are using a good facial cleanser to remove dirt, germs, and bacteria, the temp of the water does not matter. But cold is best, keeps the pores tight.

You shouldn't wash your face with burning hot water, but it should be warm, not cold. Warm water kills germs better.

It is better to wash your face when you want your reward from the Lord, whatever It is.
It is said in the Gospels (which now we consider as a spiental book), and rightly so, that if you do something and then you make it known unto men, "you already had your reward".
This is fine, not a complaint.
If on the contrary you do something good, or you mourn, wash your face, and make it not apparent to men: then your reward won't be that of men.
Out of metaphor, if you do something good and you make it utterly unknown, this good will yield fruit within yourself and you will grow a better, and even maybe more glowing, person.
If you make it known unto men and you don't "wash" your face, "you already had your reward". As said, fine, if you want that reward. It is not argued it is bad: it is only argued that it's the reward of men, unreliable by definition.

Wash your face with warm water, with your fingertips, moving in circles toward your nose. Use a toner and a moisturizer. Do this twice a day, and exfoliate once per week. And use at least SPF 25 (uva/uvb)

initiate with a warm towel laid over the face for countless minutes, then rinse off with heat soapy water and save on with with a chilly water rinse. The chilly water keeps the exterior clean looking and wrinkle loose. do no longer rub the face too difficult while washing. Pat dry. Rubbing the face stretches the exterior.

I would have to say cold, because hot water dries the skin. Of course, you could always go the medium and wash with lukewarm water. *wink*
