well they are humans too, even if it is hard to believe, and if the us soldiers wouldnt follow the rules they wouldnt be any better than the terrorists or the people they are fighting against! and i think u never should condescend to someone, whom is doing something wrong, u wouldnt be better than that person. in my oppinion no one has the right to decide wheather a human is allowed to live or not

All humans should have the same rights, whether terrorists or americans. A terrorist should be tried for their punishment. If we kill or imprison terrorist falsely (Like we are doing in Gitmo), that makes us just like them.

All RIGHTS are assumed to be legitimate because we are a human and have the ability to think. As long as your individual rights are not violated you assume that no other human's arights have been violated. However let one of your RIGHTS or principals be stepped on, you automatically question the other persons rights. I think it would be nice if we all lived by the golden rule but as humans, that aint never gonna happen. Look around and you will varify that statement all by yourself.
