Everyone get's job's? You need to wrok over time or get a 2nd job. I've made $2,000 in one pay check working alot of overtime.

Well if bank says that probably you had a problem before. And wow house? I can hardly afford efficiency room and life is hard everywhere. Work and move to efficiency. You'll live more than a year with 4000$

Well hun, I dont know when you need it by but if its soon then I reccomend you guys get a cheaper appartment instead, get what you can afford not something you cant. If you do this then you will have time to save up money to get a house later on. Good luck.
