Okay whatever you do dont get her under the impression that you just want her for her body. That's a no-no.
Show her a bit of your sweet side, call her beautiful, not hott. Actually LISTEN to her and make her feel like she can talk to you. Become close with her, but not so close that she thinks of you as her 'brother'.
Also, loyalty is an important thing. If you're really into this girl, don't let her catch you hitting on some other girl!

Okay, being a girl, I would know... try to spark a conversation about her likes. Try to flirt as much as you can, and try to do something drastic, so she'll notice. Hair dying usually creates a lot of attention if it looks decent. Ask her questions about stuff she likes and dislikes. Show a common interest. Then compliment her in any way possible. She'll know you like her and she might actually notice you A LOT more and she'll pick up on notions and consider you as "an option".

Tell her how you feel but you can not force a girl into liking you if she doesnt want to...You should try maybe buying her flowers os something sweet to show her that you do care for her

Trust me you can't get a girl to like you. Its just gotta happen. you can help things along by doin just random acts of kindness or talking to her. Callin her and asking how sumthing went ( Sports events, Tryouts, Driving test etc) just to let them know that you are interested in what they do.

Well...get one thing: You can never force a girl to like you. BUT. If you want her to learn to like you..Just be yourself and be thoughtful...such as being understanding. It all takes patience for them to realize their feelings for you. If it turns out not what you are hoping for..you should always move on. ^^
