If you are of age, a shot of whiskey with honey and lemon is good. Otherwise, try an over the counter lozenge like Chloraseptic or Sucrets. If you are not of age or cannot make it to a store, try just warm lemon in a tea. Or, try ice cream. Ice cream is served to people who have their tonsils removed, so that has to help something.

Put a decent amount of normal table salt in a normal glass of water. Gargle the water one or two times. Spitting out between. TaDa. Just give it some time and it should help
