Is their somekind of script that lets users download programs form my webdsite to their hard drive? can anyone give me a link?
i have a website (spencercalifornia.5u.com) and i need people to click on a link and they can download the programs that i make. any sugesstions?

Depending on the format of the files you create, you can just hyperlink to them.
If you are posting executables (.exe, .jar, etc.), you should be able to just put the file in the same folder as the web site and hyperlink to them.
If you are posting a program that would be interpreted by the browser (.jsp, .php, etc.) then you can put it in a zip file and post that to the page instead.
Actually, you may want to put it in a zip file anyway.
