War Machine, because Iron Man energy came straight from Tony Starks body and would leave him drained all the time!

Iron Man. Way too much experience. Besides the fact that War Machine hasnt been around in a while and Tony flies around in essentially the USS Enterprise, I think Rhodey would end up bein a tad out of date. Plus, they have fought only about 100 times for some weird reason other then the fact that it makes a kool cover, and Tony has won well everytime.
Besides, the name of the book is The Invincible Iron Man, not Lame Black Sidekick Who Is Out Of Practice.

Iron Man, hands down. Tony Stark's the original. War Machine's a cheap knock-off invented to boost sales. Besides, Tony Stark's got years of experience in the suit -- he'd know how to kick the crap out of WM.

Iron Man, mainly because of Iron Man's newfound ability to mentally control his suit because he's fused to it, but also because war machine doesn't exist anymore. Besides, Iron Man was always superior to War Machine's armor.

iorn man created war machine's armor..so he probably knows a hidden weakness...advantage to steelhead....
