Help with skin treatment!?

A few months ago I got some zits on and by my nose. They haven't really gone away, although they aren't big or anything. what are they and what can I do about it?

they are black heads and you can use blackhead scrub. you can also try to pop them until the head comes out. Trust me I have acne.

see a dermatologist! pimples should NOT last that long.
