i have got google as my home page and when u click on the bar in the middle it brings up all your searches how do i get rid of them plz help

If you're using Internet Explorer:
Click on the Tools menu >> Internet Options >> Content tab >> AutoComplete >> Clear Forms
There's also a checkbox there to prevent future searches from being saved.

you have the task bar at the top right. click the options button and go to the box that says keep search records unclick it
