Handsome!! Housework is something I can try to do on my own, build some muscles, call a friend to help me, or pay for it, I don't care as long as the guy I'm with is handsome!!
Joke aside, unlike most women, I would not base my decision on how much I can get out of him! If I find him dear and if I think we have something in common, it doesn't matter if he is lazy around the house. There are more important things in life then convenience.
