Upon reviewing my divorce case file in the courthouse I noticed the words "Dummy" File wrote on the case file folder. When I asked about this the clerk informed me that my orginal case file was lost, stolen or destroyed. So the other parties attorney had submitted supposed duplicate files to make up another file. This was done without my knowledge and has never been acknowledged in front of a judge or anywhere in the case file folder. Documents that I had made copies of before its mysterious loss do not match the neww ones that were marked orginals. Many other problems related to this same case. Can anyone help me?

You may need to discuss your problems with the police or a police detective. If they view your case and feel there is something, they can get the District Attorney to file charges.

Honestly, you should have a lawyer who would have noticed that. If you have one and he didn't, fire him.

And then find yourself a great lawyer.
