Depends on where you go. Negril has the Jungle night club Kiongston has many The Asylum and Quad being the most popular. When you gety here ask the hotel staff they will point you in the right direction.

Not to criticize anyone else. But please stay away from MArgaritaville. It's an overpriced TGIF. It's not even a real club. They had 12 year old kids eating burgers in their. If you want to hear authentic music, and get your rocks on, go to Alfred's in Negril. It is an unbelievable experience. The music, the artists, the location on the beach. the price, the drinks, the mix of locals and tourists will make you feel cozy. Check out their website. I believe you can yahoo or goo gle it with Alfred's Ocean Palace NEgril.

margaritaville is probably the most well known.
I am sure there are other ones that are less touristy but to keep it safe you probably want to stick to the main drag.
